Data that may be kept
Some records may be retained when required for security,
payment, tax, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, debugging, or
legal compliance. This can include app store or payment-provider
records, transaction history, anonymous diagnostics, abuse logs,
and backup copies waiting for normal backup expiry.
Jadwaly does not use retained deletion-related records to
rebuild your study workspace after account deletion.
Retention period
In-app deletion starts immediately. Most active Jadwaly app data
is removed during the deletion flow. Backup, security,
diagnostic, and billing-related records may remain for up to
30 days unless a longer period is required by law, payment
provider rules, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or tax and
accounting obligations.
